Life size fibreglass donkey. Model is a typical miniature or small standard type. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Supplied in mouse-grey colouring with a white underbelly. The model also has a moulded brown halter for added authenticity.

We recommend that all models which are going to be used outdoors be coated with a transparent gloss of UV resistant varnish, but we would advise where possible placing the models inside during winter months.

SMALL STANDARD DONKEY MODEL 

This life size fibreglass donkey model may be classed as a small standard or perhaps miniature donkey , as it measures 98cm high (9-10 hands ) at the head.  

Similar to his real counterpart, this model donkey has large ears and a wee brown halter; and completes the authentic look with a thick, shaggy coat . He is a very tough little chap, with character in abundance.

His coat is the familiar grey-dun ( mouse grey ) colouring - just the type you might expect to see giving donkey rides along the beach .

Donkeys often live for twenty-five years or more, however if looked after properly, this life size model donkey should easily outlive that .....

DONKEY SANCTUARY

This model is well suited for use as an animal in Xmas events,  nativity scenes or church plays . He also provides an ideal prop for use in demonstrating pulling various loads and carts at working mines, mills and wells.   

Unlike real donkeys, which do not have natural waterproof coats; this model can  easily withstand extreme weather conditions .

Please note that this particular donkey model does not require to have his feet trimmed every 8 weeks, be wormed regularly, have yearly tetanus and flu vaccinations and does not require regular grooming . ..although a wipe with a damp cloth now and again would not go amiss. 

This model could also do a good job impersonating such  famous donkeys charcters as the talking Donkey from Shrek, Muffin the Mule and Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.
